From the beginning we have aimed to create a holiday cottage paradise, where you can relax in comfortable surroundings and enjoy our beautiful area…planning your next trip before you even leave!
The well appointed secluded cottage has one large bedroom with an extremely comfortable king size bed fitted with luxury bed linen. There is ample storage space with a tall draw unit, wardrobe and dressing table plus a flat screen TV. Blinds at both windows, dimmer switch lighting and bed side lamps create a perfect ambiance. The cottage is no smoking.
The beautiful bathroom has been finished to a very high standard with wow factor Italian sparkly floor to ceiling tiles and a ‘proper’ shower. We have tried provide everything you should need including small and large thick soft bathing towels, face towels, tissues, hair shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and a large sensored illuminating mirror.
The kitchen is fully integrated and open plan with zoned lighting, 4 bar stools for the breakfast bar, kettle, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave and hob. For your ease we provide cutlery, crockery, dinner and side plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses, pyrex dishes, pans, scales, utensils, tea towels, cling film, kitchen foil, plastic bags, kitchen roll and cleaning products.
In the lounge area of the open plan room there is an extremely easy pull out Natuzzi double sofa bed (which can be set up ready for when you arrive if you wish) with an individual reading chair.
Tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be waiting for you when you arrive plus a few goodies and…
…we will give you a complimentary bottle of prosecco upon arrival to kick start your holiday in style!
The entrance hallway gives you somewhere to dump your jackets and boots before opening the door into the kitchen or bedroom for a rest! Our outside areas to both sides are flagged and fenced. Leading from the patio doors on the south side there are chairs and a table to enjoy our complementary BBQ. The private driveway makes you feel secluded from the rest of the world.

50% deposit to confirm the booking, with the balance payable 30 calendar days prior to arrival.
Cancellation up to 30 calendar days prior to arrival then the deposit will be refunded in full, less any incidental expenses that may have been incurred by us. I.e. Cancellation outside of the 30 day period means you will get a full refund – 0% cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 30 calendar days of arrival then the full booking amount will have been paid and will not be refunded. I.e. Cancellation within the 30 day period means the full balance is lost – with 100% cancellation fee.
